We have everything we need to thrive inside of us ALREADY.
Everybody has unlimited potential!
By recognising our inner resources that are available to us we are able to grow mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually.
It is my greatest privilege to educate, assist and inspire people to find their inner resources that will enable them to become the best possible version of themselves that they can be, to live a happy fulfilling life.
Catherine, Emotional Resilience Advocate
For as long as I can remember I have always wanted to help family and friends emotionally. Not by telling them what to do, but by actively listening and then maybe challenging their thoughts. My ultimate aim way back in the year 2002 when hypnosis peaked my curiosity, was to get to the core issues and be able to mentally and emotionally help family and friends to become wonderfully happier beings.
As this sense of purpose has grown and evolved to include the connection of the whole bio-psycho-social environment that incorporates not only mental and emotional, but also the physical and spiritual aspects. Learning through life's experiences that shape our existence, raising 3 beautiful children and furthering my holistic psychological education has bought me to where I feel passionate and confident in my Quest to help others become Happy on the Inside and the Outside.

Interests and Aspirations
Research presents endless possibilities which I find incredibly exciting. Through our emotions and experiences our curiosities and direction arise. Some of my own include;
The need to educate people to take time for their Mental Health Maintenance. Don't wait till problems snowball into something too big to handle.
Suppressed emotions and unspoken anxiety in the community.
Epigenetics and cellular memory, especially in relation to autoimmune disease
I look forward to discussing these and more in Inside news in the future.
